Zach Carson, better known as “The Phone Doctor”, gets well deserved recognition for managing SnR at the highest volume ASC in the KYSOIN. As Service Center of the Year award winner, Zach managed to single handedly service an average of 500+ customers a month all while maintaining high level of performance in RCSAT and Exchange Rate. He might look a little squirrely but this eticket slinging wild man knows a thing or two about Service and Repair. Congratulations to Zach for winning the 2011 iWireless Service Center of the Year award!
